APPLEBY TOWN CARNIVAL 2007

The Mayor and Mayoress of Appleby together with the Carnival Queen
and her attendants and the vivacious flamenco girls!
Carnival Queen 2007
The Mayor of Appleby and manyof the hard working people who made the carnival
such an enjoyable success
The parade was even longer this year and delighted the crowds that lined the
route
Colour and style and smiling faces made the day
The varied national costumes made the parade a very colourful spectacle
Residents and assistants at Edenside took one of the main trophies on the day
The Mayor and Mayoress were delighted by a visitor from the wild west!
The luck of the clover brings smiles to the Irish!!!
India were TROPHY winners too!!!
The pleasant afternoon sun brought smiles and a great deal of enthusiasm to
the carnival
Three youngsters who entered into the full spirit of the carnival
The races attracted a good number of entrants
