BOLTON MILL DUCK DERBY

Sunday 9th August 3pm

... proved to be a hive of activity with lots of charity activities, a craft stall, name the teddy and darts to test the skill and luck of all the visitors

If you liked books then there were some great bargains

.. while ring throwing required a mix of luck and skill

There were also some very novel ideas which attracted lots of attention


BUT ..... 3.15pm arrived and the main event took place with the help of a number of people ....

.... who steered the ducks in the right direction

... eagerly watched by caravanners and visitors like

However ... it was only later
when Chris Butterworth announced the winners
that the celebrations could really begin!

BUT ... the main winners were the Cancer Research and Muscular Dystrophy Charities
who, due to the great support of all at the Bolton Mill Caravan Site and visitors,
would be given in the region of £4,000 as a result of the Duck Derby.
