THE BORROWDALE SHOW
29th SEPTEMBER 2009


Unlike the previous two shows, this years event was bathed in sunshine


and attracted a record number of visitors who witnessed a variety of events during the afternoon

among those pictured was Glen Tubman MBE (centre) the voice of the country show, whose commentary and stories entertaind the attentive crowd!

Among the events were cycling, cumberland and westmorland wrestling and fell races for a range of age groups

At times the judges had some difficult decisions to make, but most people went home happy!
