The costumes were tremendous


And there were lots of stalls with gifts and food to buy


Even the children joined in with all the fun and celebrations

Elaborate hats and dresses made the day


and the odd glass of punch warmed up the body on a cold day

While there was an old bus which worked under steam ,
some of the attractions relied on horse power

to be seen on the day

Fine food and real ale together with a great welcome make for a wonderful atmosphere.
