HALLOWEEN FESTIVAL

Halloween in Penrith lived up to its predictions - dark, damp and dismal !!

However there was lots to see in the town centre and in shop windows

Local traders were out sheltering from the rain and selling various items including food and drinks

Many entered into the spirit of the occasion including the GIANT .. and ....
