HUTTON IN THE FOREST HORSE TRIALS
BE90, BE100 and Novice Classes
Sat and Sun 20/21st June 2009




The calmness of the dressage was a wonderful start to the days events

The show jumping attracted lots of keen spectators ....

who moved to the cross country course later in the day as did the red cross always ready to give their support when required

and riders ....

... eager to demonstrate their skills and that of their horses.

While horses were being prepared, out on the course there were other things happening ...

and even the youngsters
were inspired

... the stewards are all ready and prepared ........

and riders and horses were tested to the full out on the glorious country course

As the events draw to a close, waiting for the results .....

...can be an anxious time!

AWARDS and PRIZES


Towards the end of the day the traditional awards were eagerly awaited as the scores were finalised


.. the encouraging and supportive atmosphere continued as Lucinda presented the colourful rosettes and prizes to successful riders


whether it was first or fourth the infectious smiles said it all as another successful Hutton in the Forest Horse Trials came to an end

and while the proud winners returned to their own particular parts of the country

the spectacular flowers and the glorious food were appreciated as .....

the flag was finally lowered until

12th and 13th SEPTEMBER

HOWEVER
THE AUTUMN HORSE TRIALS ON THE ABOVE DATES
HAVE BEEN CANCELLED
DUE TO ADVERSE GROUND CONDITIONS
