Great Musgrave Duck Race 2008

Held on Sunday 3rd August
followed by a BBQ
from 1pm.

At 12 noon the ducks were sacked
then tipped into a fast flowing River Eden !!

Following the race the BBQ ....

.. and prize giving took place.

300 ducks were entered in the race
and about 100 people filled the village hall for the BBQ'd food

This year's prize winners were -
Phil Bennett - Ian Rudd
and Ian Wells
