ULVERSTON LANTERN FESTIVAL
SEPTEMBER 19th 2009


Ulverstons Festive Lantern Procession


commenced right on time at 7.45 from four different locations on the outskirts of the town

the carefully crafted lanterns were held aloft and seen by hundreds of bystanders in the streets of the town

heralded by local bands the procession made its way from the centre to Hope Park

where everyone finally celebrated with fireworks

and the music of this spectacular Morcambe band!
